I'm Jax Hemp, a strategic HR partner with a passion for helping small businesses grow through effective, scalable people practices. I founded Dynamic HR Outsourcing LLC to give small employers access to big-company HR support—without the big-company price tag. My mission is simple: to take HR off your plate so you can focus on running your business.
📚 Experience & Background
With a degree in HR Management and Organizational Leadership from Rasmussen University and a background in healthcare, tech, and restoration/construction HR, I bring over a decade of hands-on experience. I’ve managed everything from benefits administration and compliance to crisis employee relations, talent strategy, and payroll—helping companies avoid risk and improve retention. I'm currently preparing to sit for the SHRM-SCP and actively pursuing professional certifications to stay ahead of the curve.
